29 weeks

Just a quick update. I had another ultrasound yesterday and my fluid level was still high, had gone up just a little from last week. I will have weekly ultrasounds to monitor the fluid level. If it continues to increase they will do steroid injections in the next couple of weeks as a precaution to Ashtyn coming early. Please keep us in your prayers. Also, she is still a girl!!! I still make them check at every ultrasound, they put it in 3D for me now, they know I don't want a surprise at the hospital!!! LOL!!!!

Also, I am asking for LOTS and LOTS of prayers for my dad as he is facing some health concerns (I will elaborate more in the near future), but if you would lift him, our family, and his doctors up I would appreciate it

Third Trimester

Monday started my 3rd trimester, 28 weeks! On Tuesday my doctor went ahead and put me on the books to be induced on July 19, which is one week before my due date! Whoo Hoo!! It was nice to have a date, especially so we can start planning other things (i.e. Casen's 2nd birthday party!)!. So, unless Ashtyn has other plans, she will be here then. But then again, that brings me to today.... I had an ultrasound today and got to see the sweet baby, she was a little more cooperative today so we actually got some good pictures of her. However, my fluid level was high today. This is the same complication I had with Casen, which caused him to come at 36 weeks. I have another ultrasound next week to check the fluid again and I have to start weekly monitoring. With Casen I went to weekly ultrasounds and twice weekly monitoring, I am praying that it doesn't come to that. I really don't want to have to drive to Lubbock that often plus I can't take the boys to the monitoring. So lots of prayers would be appreciated and hopefully next week when I go my fluid levels will be in the normal range.
